Holiday Pinhole

These are just the black and white Ilford Delta 100 4×5 shots I took while up north but there’s at 10 Ektar 100 still to be developed. All these bar the last exposure were taken under similar lighting conditions so averaging between 5-8 seconds.

The problem with the shots below was the wind. It was a bit strong for my cheap light weight tripod.

I also noticed some dirt artefacts on the negatives, these sheets were the ones I’d bought on eBay so I guess they were badly stored.

This was the quickest exposure probably 5 seconds due to the strong low setting sun behind Bennachie.

Developer: Ilford ID11 (stock) 8.30 minutes
Fixative: Ilford Rapid Fixer (1+4) 5 minutes

As a side note, the wind in Edinburgh is crazy!

The tenement I live in lost it’s chimney and the glass cupola was smashed up so lots of glass everywhere.

The cleanup bill might scupper any foreseeable photography purchasing.
Insert sad face :(
