Forgotten Fragments, iPhone (Hipstamatic)

I went through a stage of using Hipstamatic very heavily for everything before I bought the GF1 and a load of film cameras. I think it was the Hipstamatic look that helped me get back into film photography or even just photography as a medium. Previously I was mainly just a doodler and a sketcher [...]

Fragments, iPhone 4

I posted these on Flickr a wee while ago but just rediscovered them while doing a cull of the 7000 or so photos I’ve uploaded since opening the Sibokk Flickr account. I quite liked them so I’m sharing them here as well. Some of them made me think of the Black Messa Facility from Half [...]

Scotland’s Secret Bunker, FED 3, iPhone, GF1

The Holiday snaps continues! I ended up touring through the bunker myself because Anna was a asleep in the car and Lou had to stay with her so in I went in armed with my FED 3, GF1, iPhone (of course) and the Zeiss Ikon Nettar. I found it quite ironic to be touring around [...]

Flickr Blog, World Photography Day

I was quite surprised to see one of my photos used by the Flickr blog celebrating World Photography Day. Pretty chuffed! -

Digital Mix (iPhone 4)

This is an assortment of images I took with my phone’s camera using the Camera+ and Hipstamatic apps. -

Street View Digital, Friday 7/8 July 2011

On the 1st of July I made a posted in which I said I’d probably never be able to do street photography with something like the Zeiss Ikon but I guess I dispelled that self set myth yesterday. Anyhoo, here’s some more digital shots from yesterday and today. -

Street View from Friday, 1 July 2011

Some digital shots from this morning. Now there’s no way I’d be able to take shots like this with any of my manual cameras, the moment would be gone before I even figure out the aperture settings especially with the Zeiss Ikon Nettar. -

Sunny Day, Edinburgh

A rare treat! I’m thinking about renaming the blog because I’ve been no where near any ‘streets’ on foot for some time. I think this will probably be the case for another few months and weekends are tricky too … I’ll see. Anyhoo, on that note, here’s some snaps from today! -

Odds ‘n’ Ends

Here’s a series of random shots from the weekend using the iPhone.
